Returns & Refund Policy
At RÁTH Watches, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unworn and unused
- with all original packaging, protective materials, manuals, and tags
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
For watches, this means the watch must not have been worn, sized, adjusted, or modified, and all protective stickers must still be intact.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective
- the item is damaged
- you receive the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- custom or personalised products
- special order items
- gift cards
Returns may also be refused if the item:
- shows signs of wear
- has been sized or altered
- has protective materials removed
- is returned without original packaging

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom and European Union, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with returning an item from outside the UK.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was received.
If a return shipment incurs customs charges when arriving back to us, these may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
