At RÁTH Watches, we are committed to delivering your order securely and efficiently, wherever you are in the world.

Free Shipping to USA, Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales.

We offer free shipping on all orders to these destinations.
Shipping is included in the price shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During product launches, holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local courier performance, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Typical delivery estimates:

Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales: 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–10 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
Australia: 6–14 business days
New Zealand: 6–14 business days
Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note that deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer.

Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from Northern Ireland.

This location is part of the United Kingdom and operates under specific trade arrangements with both the UK and European Union. 

As a result, customs treatment may vary depending on the destination country.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow a short period after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We aim to be transparent about international shipping costs and potential import charges.

United Kingdom

Orders shipped within Northern Ireland and generally within the United Kingdom do not incur additional customs duties upon delivery.

Applicable taxes are handled in accordance with UK regulations. All orders shipped within the united Kingdom are inclusive of VAT. There are no additionalcustoms charges, or hidden fees for UK deliveries. The price you see at checkout, is the final price you pay.

Republic of Ireland

Orders sent to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to local VAT treatment depending on how the order is processed and applicable cross-border rules at the time of sale.Where taxes are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for import VAT or related charges required by Irish authorities or the delivery courier before delivery.


European Union

Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, or handling charges, depending on the destination country and order value.These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not always included in the checkout total unless explicitly stated.
If such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.


United States

Previously orders shipped to the United States, there was generally no import duty on orders under $800.

US import regulations changed during 2025–2026, including changes affecting the previous USD $800 de minimis threshold that historically allowed many lower-value shipments to enter the United States without import duties.

As a result, some international shipments — including watches and related goods — may now be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs processing charges, or courier handling fees depending on current US regulations and customs assessment procedures at the time of import.

RÁTH Watches remains committed to providing a smooth experience for our US customers.

For eligible US orders, RÁTH Watches will cover applicable import tariffs and customs duties charged on delivery wherever possible, helping ensure there are no unexpected import costs for our loyal US customers.

What You pay at checkout is generally the final cost.

If any exceptional customs issue arises, our team will work directly with the customer and shipping carrier to resolve the matter promptly.

Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST/HST, provincial taxes, import duties, and courier brokerage or handling fees.
These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and the delivery carrier and are the responsibility of the customer unless already collected at checkout..

Australia

Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to GST, duties, import processing charges, or courier handling fees, depending on the value of the shipment and current import regulations.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless already collected during checkout.

New Zealand

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to GST, import entry fees, duties, or courier processing charges, depending on the order value and local customs requirements.
Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Other International Destinations

For all other countries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or local handling charges that may apply.

Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance procedures. These delays are outside our control and are not considered a shipping fault.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
RÁTH Watches is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs charges, we may deduct any shipping, return, or handling costs from any refund where permitted.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock location, packaging requirements, or courier limitations.
